Gardner Performance is ACTIVELY seeking a contract CPT/CSCS for part time work! UTD August 2024.

Grow your Individual business utilizing the Fitness studio fully equipped with top of line equipment that can meet the needs of several different client demographics. This is a 800 sq foot space that is perfect to grow clientele for entrepreneurs or those seeking additional income. This space is designed professionally for a perfect client experience to help meet there fitness goals. Any equipment not provided allows the trainer to bring in small equipemnt if needed to perform training sessions based on individual needs and training styles. This space can also be utilized for small group yoga, stretching, TRX classes for certified instructors as well as balance or bosu classes. Trainers will be expected to provide there own equipment for those types classes. 

Just looking to hold a few classes or train a few clients ??

Booking and space utilization is easy!! Simply get in contact with Gardner Nutrition and a profile will be set up for you. You then will be given access to a booking calendar specifically for the Fitness studio and book around times not currently scheduled. ability to schedule 7 days a week. A key phob system will allow you to enter the building after hours or on weekends if needing to meet with clientele.

Utilizing the Fitness Studio space comes at a small fee. Trainers do not work for me (unless interested). Simply the Trainers Fee's are based on percentages of client rates or packages with lower percentages then other training facilities and the ability for you as the trainer to charge your own rates. Fees are currently 70/30 split*. Scheduling will be booked booked through Vagaro secondary to Gardner Nutritions Training Clients. Gardner Nutrition can also provide training clients for trainers 60/40* split*. 

Personal Trainers must have professional liability insurance, be up to date on all certification requirements, CPR/First Aid/AED Training, and meet minimum education requirements to train in this facility.

*** A limited Number of Trainers will be allowed to Train at Gardner Performance LLC spaces are limited.
