Gardner Performance LLC aims to provide opportunities to local entrepreneurs. Gardner Performance is offering spaces to be utilized to maximize your profits and growth of your business. From office space to a fitness training studio there is a variety of space to accommodate several professions. Professionals can utilize space secondary to Gardner Performance for a small fee. Spaces Provided:

• A Community office for Dietitian's or highly qualified nutritionist* that can be booked on an online calendar to utilize space between multiple dietitians in order to have In person visits in a professional and private office setting. Rates can be hourly or based on the total number of clientele. Please reach out for more information.

• A Personal Training studio that can be utilized by independently contracted QUALIFIED* personal trainers. Must meet minimum education requirements to train client in this facility. 

• Trainers or Nutrition professionals must have a bachelors in related field and recognized credentials to utilize this space. An emphasis will be placed on experience, credibility, and education.
